The artwork documents a performance from the perspective of the performer, in which I sew the fingers of my left hand together using a sewing needle and white thread. The gesture is confident –deliberate in it’s dysfunction. A subtle audio track reveals the sounds of the body action and the performance tools. John Nacarato (camera / editor)
